for 4 portions

8oz / 225g

flatbread (whole wheat as option)

15.5oz / 440g

pears (2 pieces)

5oz / 140g

blue cheese

4tbsp

sour cream

0.25tsp

salt

0.25tsp

pepper

1.25tsp

dried thyme

  1. Heat oven to 400°F (200°C), unless indicated differently on flatbread packaging.
  2. Measure all ingredients and wash all produce. Cut pear in half, take out seeds and stem and cut halves into thin slices.
  3. Put flatbread on parchment paper. Mix sour cream with salt and pepper and spread it on flatbread, leaving as much crust uncovered as desired (we recommend as little as possible).
  4. Place pear slices evenly onto sour cream. Crumble blue cheese and spread out evenly as well. Season everything with thyme.
  5. Place parchment paper with flatbread on it on oven rack(s) evenly spread out in the oven. If you are using more than one oven rack, the lower one(s) might take longer. Bake for 7-9 minutes (or as indicated on flatbread packaging) until flatbread is baked through and cheese is melted and starts to brown.
